Viper Powersports Inc., in March of 2005, became the parent company to Viper Motorcycle Company and Viper Performance Inc.

Since our inception in late 2002, we have been in the business of designing, developing and commencing commercial marketing and production of premium custom V-Twin motorcycles popularly know as “cruisers”. Our motorcycles are distributed and sold under our Viper brand through a nationwide network of independent motorcycle dealers. Marketing of our motorcycles is targeted toward the upscale market niche of motorcycle enthusiasts who prefer luxury power sport products and are willing to pay a higher price for enhanced performance, innovative styling and a distinctive brand. Viper Motorcycle manufactures or will manufacturer four distinctive models which are;

• The Viper Mamba
• The Viper Touring Bike
