Colbert Seagraves, Viper Motorcycle Company's Vice President of Marketing and Racing Operations stated, "We plan to have the Platinum Distribution agreement in place with AMV during the first quarter of 2012. Wikked Steel is one of six custom builders representing the USA in this International Biker Build Off.

Colbert Seagraves, Viper Motorcycle Company VP of Marketing and Racing Operations, stated, "Having our first bike roll out the door is a great feeling and having it sold as it leaves is even better. We are very proud of the fact that the first bike to come out of Auburn was sold by our Initial Platinum Dealer Tim Wellborn at the Wellborn Muscle Car Museum in Alexander City, AL and is being purchased by a repeat Viper customer, Mr. Chris Mulrennan. Chris purchased a pre-Ilmor Viper Diamondback in May 2007 and has ridden it over 12,000 miles. After seeing and riding the demo bike in June he made the decision to step up to the next level and purchase a 2012 Viper Diamondback Supercruiser with the Viper/Ilmor 152 C.I. state of the art power-plant."

Dear Fellow Shareholders
During the month of June, we have completed the Company's relocation from Minneapolis, MN to our new world Headquarters in Alabama. Our new 63,000 sq ft world class production facility is situated on 17 acres in Auburn, Alabama. We are excited to be in our new home. The facilities are large enough for us to produce up to 1000 units per year and the plant can be expanded to a maximum footprint of 163,000 square feet.
In the past sixty days, we have rounded out our senior management team with several high profile additions. The additions are: Tim Kling, the former CFO of Lehman Trikes, as our new Chief Financial Officer, Dave Leysen, who has been responsible for the successful launch of numerous complex vehicle systems for several OEMS including GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, BMW, and Indian Motorcycles, as our Director of Operations, and Colbert Seagraves, former director of marketing for the All Harley Davidson Drag Racing Association, as our VP of Marketing and Racing. Andrew Broadley as our Technical Director completes the nucleus of our Management team.
We have already received commitments from two leaders from the Alabama business community, Grant Lynch, Chairman of Talladega Raceway, and Tim Wellborn, owner of the Wellborn Muscle Car Museum, to join our Board of Directors.
We recently completed a $1 million private placement of Series A preferred stock. This additional capital has been deployed to purchase inventory and to hire initial production personnel to commence our initial production of our motorcycle products.
We believe that due to our new world class products, our joint venture with Ilmor Engineering, recent additions to our senior management team, and the closing of our financing, we are now ready to commence the launch of our products. We intend to prove that products designed, engineered, and "Made in America" mean something special as we intend to build the best high performance super cruiser motorcycles and engines in the world.
In the coming months we eagerly look forward to the announcement of the members of our US and International Dealership network. By year end we intend to achieve consistent commercial scale production, with the ability to rapidly scale production consistent with our order backlog from our dealer network while maintaining outstanding quality control and dealer service.
Later this year we look forward to our "Grand Opening," where we will also announce and showcase our 21st Century Model, the "Mamba," which the race version is being prepared to race in the NHRA circuit in 2013.

Viper Powersports Inc., designer and manufacturer of Viper Motorcycles, announced that Colbert Seagraves has joined the Viper management team as VP Racing Operations. Colbert's background includes R.J. Reynolds Sports Marketing, Team Manager at Junior Johnson & Associates (Driver: Brett Bodine), Team Manager at Travis Carter Enterprises (Driver: Jimmy Spencer) and Director of Marketing & Sponsorship for AHDRA (All Harley Drag Racing Association). Apr 27, 2011 - Viper Powersports Announces Auburn Facility Nears Completion

Viper Powersports Inc., designer and manufacturer of Viper Motorcycles, announced that its new Auburn, Alabama facility is near completion. The new 63,000 sq. ft. facility, located on 17 acres, will serve as Viper's world headquarters. This facility will be ready to receive furnishings and equipment deliveries the first week of May. This will allow Viper personnel to begin the process of establishing the systems and organization for production which will be moved into its new world headquarters by June 15th. The new facility's capacity is 900 bikes per year, and, with expansion, is capable of up to 10,000 units a year.
Viper Powersports CEO John R. Silseth II stated, "We look at our upcoming relocation from Hopkins, Minnesota into our corporate campus as a transformative event. At the time of the relocation, we will be realigning our Board of Directors to include several notable Alabama businessmen, hiring additional production personnel, and commencing commercial scale production of our world class motorcycles.
In the meantime, Viper Motorcycle is finishing up a short run of Diamondbacks to bring to Auburn for an opening ceremony to celebrate this very important development in the Company's growth and credibility. Viper Motorcycle Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Viper Powersports Inc., announces the launch of its new website at www.vipermotorcycle.com. The new site features the 2011MY Diamondback powered by the Ilmor Viper 152 engine, galleries and videos, recent articles from the motorcycle industry, and also features a dealer login for access to Technical support, service manuals and other related documentation on line.
The company has entered into an apparel marketing and supply agreement with MA Apparel, Inc. to develop, inventory and supply a complete line of Viper apparel. The initial line of Viper clothing is now being offered for sale online.

Minneapolis, Minnesota, January 12, 2011 - Viper Motorcycle Company Announces Sales/Marketing Plans for 2011
Viper Powersports Inc. announced today its 2011 marketing relationship with duPont REGISTRY. duPont Publishing Inc. publishes six luxury/lifestyle titles, including duPont REGISTRY, that reaches individuals whose net worth significantly exceeds what is traditionally considered upscale.
John Silseth, CEO of Viper Powersports, stated, "This is the perfect partner to showcase our motorcycles to the affluent enthusiast who demands unparalleled performance. Our relationship begins by sharing display space with duPont REGISTRY at the 2011 Barrett Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 2011 Viper Diamondback 152 will be prominently displayed during the event. We will continue the relationship throughout 2011 focusing on print media, special events and an integrated internet campaign."
According to Terry Nesbitt, President of Viper Motorcycle Company, "As we move forward into 2011, our sales/marketing plans will become more intense and diverse as we strive for additional brand awareness and increased retail sell-thru.
